Experience That Extends Beyond the Courtroom
Legal problems rarely exist in isolation.
With experience in labour relations, workplace investigations, mediation, legal advocacy, and executive leadership, I understand not only the legal issues involved but also the realities of how conflict affects people, organizations, and business operations.
Â
My clients benefit from practical solutions that balance legal rights with sustainable outcomes, informed by more than a decade of professional experience and doctoral research in coaching and virtual management.

A Different Approach to Professional Development
Professional Development should be engaging, practical, and relevant to the every day.

I design sessions that participants can confidently apply in their own work to help them grow. My interactive teaching approach bridges organizational objectives with participants' professional development.

Whether delivering a one-hour seminar, a full-day workshop, or a multi-session program, my goal is to provide training that is informative, engaging, and immediately useful.
